Updating Firefox

Mozilla Firefox is an increasingly popular web browser and part of its attraction, apart from a bevy of great features, is that, since it's not Microsoft's Internet Explorer, it's not vulnerable to all the IE exploits that have been rampaging around the Internet for many years. So there are quite a lot of people who have installed Firefox 1.0 and satisfied themselves they are browsing safely. But Firefox has suffered from its own collection of vulnerabilities, and, while it's true that hackers and the like are still overwhelmingly targeting Internet Explorer, unpatched and out-of-date versions of Firefox will be just as unsafe as unpatched and out-of-date versions of IE.
