Remote Support

To allow Cadzow staff to connect to your system and perform support, please click one of the following:

Microsoft Windows

Apple Mac OS X 10.11 or above (El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey) (Also see here if using Mojave or later)

Apple Mac OS X 10.7 to 10.10 (Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite)

This will launch the TeamViewer host. Upon launching, it will generate an ID and a Password. Please let us know what these are.

Important: Leave the TeamViewer host running.

Is this safe? Yes, the only people that can connect to your system are those who have the ID and password. And once the software is closed, no further connection is possible. (If you launch TeamViewer host again, you will retain the same ID, but be assigned a new password.) Additionally, all the communications are encrypted.

Connection Trouble?

If the Teamviewer host does not display an Id and a password, try the following:

  1. Click the cog icon:

  2. Click Configure next to Proxy Settings:

  3. Choose No Proxy:

  4. Click OK, then click OK again.
