Outlook 2003: Cannot Print HTML Emails
When printing HTML-formatted email messages from Microsoft Outlook 2003, the message is not printed, although the process appears to complete without error.
This may occur if the system has Internet Explorer 9 installed, or if Internet Explorer 8 is installed, and the “Print background colours and images” setting is disabled.
- Uninstall Internet Explorer 9, if it is installed.
- If this reverts the system to Internet Explorer 7, install Internet Explorer 8.
- In Tools → Internet Options → Advanced, enable Print background colours and images under the Printing section.
