Cancelling a booking

Note: Once a booking has been invoiced, it can not be altered or cancelled. The appropriate accounting action needs to be taken (eg. Issue a credit note etc).

  1. Use ENQUIRIES to load the booking you are interested in.

  2. Choose SPECIAL MENU, CANCEL THIS BOOKING.

  3. Make the changes to the booking, put a comment in the END COMMENTS.

  4. Choose COMMIT and send to media.
