This may occur if the Terminal Services server's user and device CALs are fully allocated, and the machine you are connected from has been issued a Temporary CAL which has expired. If a full CAL cannot be issued for a client, a Temporary CAL is issued, which is valid for 90 days. This may be resolved by forcing the client to issue itself a new ID.

However the user is able to connect to the same server from another client system, and the user account on the server has all the appropriate permissions. The cause of this issue is still being investigated, but you may be able to connect by addressing the server differently. For example, use an IP address instead of a fully-qualified domain name. |
